This four-time National Award-winning and record-breaking film is back with a bang.And this time it comes with even more Bollywood charm. With a star cast consisting of Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Tanishaa Mukerjee and Lauren Gottlieb in the lead roles, this film is going to be explosive! It also has Sridevi playing the role of a dance coach in the film. The songs for this movie were released on 25th April 2016. The dance troupe is at the Dharamsala Art Centre India. The Art Centre is an orphanage with beautiful views of the snow-covered Himalayas. The children there (mainly age 10 and above) are very talented, dedicated and hard-working.There is a special dance class for kids, so when this crew set out to shoot their next video it was decided that this would be the best place for them to film. This choreography class will surely bring out all of their inner dancer and will certainly give them a boost in confidence in front of millions of people all over the world. After their dance class, they performed the song 'Dhadakne Do' which is composed by Sachin - Jigar. This song is sung by Neeti Mohan and Vishal Dadlani, who were the voices of the male and female leads in ABCD: Any Body Can Dance.After that, they made a video of them dancing to the song which was their way of auditioning for a spot in the troupe. They also had a showcase performance at Dharamsala Arts Centre.

The movie has been met with mixed reviews from critics as well as audience alike due to its predictability and slow pace. Rajeev Masand of News18 gave the film a rating of 2.5 out of 5, stating that it is a "lacklustre story".Rachit Gupta from Filmfare also gave the movie 2 out of 5 stars, writing: "'ABCD2' is a movie which seems to have been made for fashion and trends alone.
